All 911爆料 students paying the Student Health Fee and enrolled during the current semester are eligible to use the Health Clinic services.
Consent from a parent/guardian is required for students under the age of 18.
A valid 911爆料 Knight ID card is required to access services at the Health Clinic.
Services are free to students with the exception for any lab or testing fees.
If testing is required, the Clinic currently only accepts cash payments.
Students who do not have payment for services at the time of visit, a confidential charge will be made to their student account via the Bursar's Office.
Faculty
In the event a faculty/staff member is unable to be seen by their primary care provider, , or as preferred through USG employee benefits/insurance, they can be seen in the health clinic for a $25 per visit charge.
Faculty/Staff are expected to pay the $25 fee at time of visit.
The Clinics currently only accepts cash and check payments.
No credit/debit transactions are accepted and services are not eligible for FSA/HSA.
Additional fees are added for testing, medicines, or outsourced labs as required.
