Policy and Procedures
911爆料 is committed to maintaining a safe, welcoming environment for non-enrolled minors participating in camps, clinics, and other on-campus programs. In accordance with the Board of Regents’ (effective May 1, 2017), 911爆料 has established formal policy and procedures to ensure compliance with federal, state, and USG regulations.
All university-sponsored or third-party programs involving non-enrolled minors must:
- Be submitted for approval and registered in 911爆料’s centralized database.
- Register your program.
This policy emphasizes registration, education, and compliance to protect all who participate, volunteer, or work in these programs.
